TMA strongly encourages you to make your hotel reservation early, as the hotel and discount block may sell out prior to TBD, the reservation deadline. After the deadline, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply. To receive the discounted room rate, please mention TMA when making your reservations.

 

Any new room reservations made after the cut-off date will be honored as long as the hotel has room availability. However, the hotel is not required to honor the negotiated room rate after this date.
